LITTLE MIRACLES… Where every child loves to read!
“Why Choose Little Miracles?”
Read on to understand the Little Miracles difference…
School readiness begins the first day your child starts at Little Miracles, commencing in the baby room and continuing through to the preschool rooms. Flying Start© commences in the second semester of the year your child goes to school. It is our school readiness program that prepares your child to enter kindergarten, providing them with confidence when they reach school. It covers the two main skills needed to learn; pre-reading and pre-writing. This includes writing their name, using scissors, looking after their own belongings, following instructions, rotating table activities (which simulates kindergarten practices) and more. Although this might sound basic, most children don’t learn this until kindergarten or early school, so it’s a major advantage for your child.
Home Away from home aesthetics
Children are comfortable and confident in their home, feeling safe and secure to explore and learn. Little Miracles pride themselves on creating home like learning havens using an array of strategies including the simplicity of the aesthetics.
90% success rate of children reading before they go to school for children attending more than 12 months.
At Little Miracles we’ve found that when children are read to on a regular basis in a relaxed and informal way, the results are truly amazing. For this reason, we formed an expert reading component of our curriculum called Loving Language©. Loving Language© covers all the different aspects of literature and reading and includes our Teach Your Toddler to Read© program (TYTTR). We use TYTTR throughout the whole centre, starting with musical CD’s for babies, and progressing through to fun games and activities towards magnetic boards. It’s an enjoyable game based learning environment, and no child is forced to participate. Loving Language© gives away a free book each month, which not only helps build the child-parent bond, but also forms an early love for books and reading for children at an early age.

The Little Miracles Culture of Honour is a philosophy that promotes respect and positive treatment towards all participants in the LM family. This includes children, parents, and educators. Our Culture of Honour encourages speaking life into one another while helping each other reach their full potential both at work and in their private lives. This provides a great working atmosphere. Our carers, educators, parents, and children have all enjoyed the many benefits of working in this kind of environment.
Makes the process of you and your child settling into care with Little Miracles that much smoother
Orientation is such an important part of the enrolment process at Little Miracles. Spending time in the centre with your child helps them to feel that this space to be a trusted and known environment. It allows you time with the educators that are going to be with your child every day, whilst here our Trained Educators will create a tailor made routine for children aged 0-2, specifically for your child, all according to their needs and your requests. In the 2-5 age groups the orientation process allows time for you as the parent to spend time communicating with the educators about the rooms routine and how we can help your child settle into care as smoothly as possible. It will also give you a chance to see how the room runs and meet some of their peers as well.
Individually tailored routines for all children aged 0-2years
At Little Miracles we understand that beginning care can be an emotional time for both parent and child. We have many strategies that assist in this transition to care. We work in partnership with families to ensure that home routines are followed for each child in the 0-2 years room. We believe that a child finds security in the rhythm of a routine, whether at home or in care. In our younger rooms, Educators integrate each child’s routine together to form the room routine that is specific to that room, that day and that group of children.
Giving you ‘real-time’ access to your child’s day.
We document your child's development to your private Kinderloop, linked family are updated and engaged in real time. This smart technology allows easy 2 way communication and makes it easy to share information with families about their childs day.
Trusted, highly trained and hand-picked Educators.
We believe that educators and carers play a huge role in quality child care. So much so, that we use a very stringent hiring process before employing our personnel. First and foremost, we look for the right person that complements the team, whilst maintaining and at times exceeding our regulatory obligations.
What Parents Are Saying About Little Miracles
Did you know that 4 out of every 10 children are not ‘ready’ for school when they begin? This often happens when the golden ‘pre-school’ years are not taken advantage of the right way. There’s no alternative for bad learning. If it’s not proper, it’s improper, and that’s counter-productive for your child. Children under age 5 absorb, learn, and store over 85% of their brains’ potential for their whole life. That’s why it’s essential to enrol your child in an early learning system that’s not only reliable butproven during these precious and important years. At Little Miracles, we don’t just care for your child, we help shape their future. From the way they’re spoken to, the activities they play, and ‘what’ and ‘how’ they learn, we make sure they’re given the best opportunity for success through the highest quality care and education.
