We have been advised today by Shane Fitzsimmons the Commissioner for the NSW Rural Fire Services that we are required to close Little Miracles Blaxland on Wednesday, 23rd October due to the potential threat of the current fires that are burning.
This closure only applies to Wednesday, 23rd October. We expect to open again on Thursday, 24th October unless advised otherwise. We will email you to advise of any changes to this situation.
We want to take the opportunity to thank our staff for the way that they have handled this whole situation in a calm, loving and supportive manner to both children and parents. Susanna and Daniel when visiting the centre were very impressed with the way that the community has come together in such a challenging and stressful time – you are all amazing people with that strong Aussie can do spirit. We want to honour you all for the way that you are handling a difficult situation and supporting each other through this journey.
We want you to all to know that we are thinking of you and praying for you – we know that this is a very stressful time for you. If there is anything we can do for any of you please let us know.
