Well friends, the busy season is almost here. The Santa ‘photos display’ is up in most shopping centres, I heard Christmas music being piped through to the car-park this weekend and it seems like red and green are adorning all the shops. The mangos are out, cherries soon to be ready for consumption and all of this spells CHRISTMAS and HOLIDAYS.

With this in mind, it also spells busy for parents and children, alike. Brace yourself because the invites and ‘save the date’ emails are about to come for things like: Christmas Parties, year end class celebrations, concerts and more. It almost feels like the calm before the storm so I say, relax and enjoy the calm.

In reality, the weeks ahead are busy, they are filled with so much demand that i’s important to pace yourself. So, from someone who has walked this path for many years can I encourage you to:

1) Prioritize | 2) Do What You Can | 3) Don’t sweat the small stuff | 4) Write Lists | 5) Eat Chocolate | 6) Don’t blow your budget | 7) Enjoy family rather than endure | 8) Eat Chocolate | 9) Remember that, “The best way to spread Christmas Cheer, is singing loud for all to hear”. from Elf | 10) Relax and know that ‘this too shall pass’ and you can put your feet up, relax and enjoy. Smile

Just a few of my top 10 Tips to get you through the coming season of busy. Breath through the Busy.

Much love,
Susanna
